Buying a car at full price should come with high end service. Bought a car and scheduled my first complimentary oil change at 10:30. I arrived at the dealership and waited 15 minutes just to get checked service. Bought a car and scheduled my first complimentary oil change at 10:30. I arrived at the dealership and waited 15 minutes just to get checked in and then told the wait would be 2 and a half hours. No loaner was offered and the service advisor was dismissive and apathetic. He condescendingly suggested and oil Change at BMW takes that long and I should have known that. The point of paying a premium for a new car with service included is or should be the experience. My local mechanic is polite, knows my name and would never expect me to wait for over 2 hours for something so simple. The overwhelmed staff and the entire experience says budget level car dealership: disappointing. More
