He kept me informed as to each step and need that was uncovered doing to inspection of the car, and the accompanying prices—as well as which services were crucial and which had less urgency, so that I would have time to budget for them. I always give South Shore highest marks as every interaction I have with them is great. The front desk rep was extremely nice and friendly and the sales dept is always great too. I have a friendship with my salesman, Sean, who always comes out to say a quick hello. I always leave the dealership pleased with the service they’ve delivered. More
