The whole process was anything but smooth. From miscommunication on the details of the vehicle to multiple, unnecessary credit checks. Greg is absolutely amazing. I visited many other car dealership and within the first five minutes of meeting Greg, I knew he was head and shoulders above the others. He didn’t t I visited many other car dealership and within the first five minutes of meeting Greg, I knew he was head and shoulders above the others. He didn’t try to sell me a car, instead he took the time to understand what was important to me in a vehicle . He leverage the display monitor to show me the differences between my current vehicle and some options he thought would interest me. His follow up is outstanding and kept me updated through the process. Loved when he emailed me to let me know when the car went into production and when it was on its way. The shop is spotlessly clean. Wes and the supporting staff were interested in a very difficult problem b with the particulate filter in the exhaust system. A 12 hour job on which Wes and the supporting staff were interested in a very difficult problem b with the particulate filter in the exhaust system.
