BMW Service I have had my BMW for about 3 years. I purchased it at this dealership. Gregory is a wonderful salesman. However every time I call to schedule an appo I have had my BMW for about 3 years. I purchased it at this dealership. Gregory is a wonderful salesman. However every time I call to schedule an appointment, they can never find my name or my car. Eventually they do find it but every time this happens? Now take today’s appointment. When I made it last week, the young man on the phone couldn’t find my name, my address, or anything. It took him awhile to find my information. I show up today for my 9:30am oil change appointment and they don’t even have me on the schedule...??? They were gracious enough to fit me in. The employees are all very nice there. I will definitely buy another BMW. I’m just not sure which dealership I’ll go to. More

I was not waiting around to drop off my car, talk to a Service Adviser or pick it up. Service was thorough to address issues. Too many times in the past, my car was not ready at the end of the day and I had to take home a loaner when it was because no one looked at my car! This time it was ready within 4 hours after dropping it off. So happy to see the changes!!! More

Even though I was only getting a flat replaced, my car showed up sparkling clean (a rare sight since my wife started driving the car, lol.) All tolled a wonderful experience.
