Many of these reviews say it all - great on sales, horrible thereafter. On more than one occasion they have recommended service that they had previously performed and charged me for - I told them to check their records and they basically said "oops". Bottom line was they either did not do the work they had already charged me for (illegal), or did not properly inspect the car before recommending additional service (a more likely scenario - not illegal, but unethical at best). Strongly recommend getting a second opinion before you turn these guys loose under your hood and they charge you thousands of dollarssfor work that may not be needed. Beware the up-sell here. More
Siobhan made the buying experience enjoyable from start to finish. The car, of course, sold itself, but I felt no pressure from anyone on the sales staff. Both the sales staff and the service department at the dealership helped me resolve a minor transmission problem quickly and effectively, and followed up the next day to be sure the problem stayed resolved, again with an attitude of courtesy and concern. I'll not hesitate to return to BMW Gallery for my next car. More
Great salesman, HORRIBLE back office. I leased a 540i from them - ordered the car in May (at the port at the time of my order), submitted the credit app and was told I was pre-approved and locked in for from them - ordered the car in May (at the port at the time of my order), submitted the credit app and was told I was pre-approved and locked in for the lease. <br><br>Turns out the dipsh_t finance guy never submitted the application. By the time the car was ready it was June ... the BMW Finance lease deal had changed ... and they told me they couldn't deliver the car as promised (with a SIGNED contract, no less!) To make matters worse, I had sold my Mercedes in a private sale that morning, so was now without wheels.<br><br>If it hadn't been for Jeff Akasten I would have walked on the deal. He put me in a loaner for the ONE SOLID WEEK it took them to straighten the mess out. The General Manager was absolutely useless - Jeff had to get the owner involved with BMW Finance to get me my car at the agreed upon price.<br><br>Summary: Jeff is the BEST - don't buy a car here unless it's from him! The finance dept and management team are clueless. More
