I have used Roseville BMW's Service Center for more than 10 years now. They are honest and do great work. My service rep Laura was wonderful. I came here to get my headlights fixed. I asked how much it would be and it was insisted that they need to do a diagnostic although I had told them the low beam bulbs died. They charged me I asked how much it would be and it was insisted that they need to do a diagnostic although I had told them the low beam bulbs died. They charged me 250 for this and got very short and rude with me when I questioned the necessity of the diagnostic. They then charged me 772.99 for two light bulbs that cost 67.74 for both in parts. My car was also there for seven hours and one of my headlights points more up than the other. I will never be coming back here and do not recommend ! More
