The website had a coupon on oil change, but when i got there they stated it wasn't for any M vehicles which they could have easily stated on the coupon the exclusions. Anyways they were nice to provide me there they stated it wasn't for any M vehicles which they could have easily stated on the coupon the exclusions. Anyways they were nice to provide me with a water bottle as i waited there i had an appointment but still took 2 hrs. When it was finished i was told to wait outside which i waited another 20 minutes in the freezing cold before the driver showed up with my car. Overall its my first experience with a bmw dealer for service and i think i will try a different one to compare level of service. More

I found out something wrong with my rear right tire and dropped off my car at the services department without any appointment. Nghia Nguyen is my services advisor and he ordered a brand new tire for replac dropped off my car at the services department without any appointment.
