I always like the BMW Roseville service, they always offer a Lift to take me to and from my house, the staff are always attentive. Service staff (Maria and Jeff Brown) very helpful and knowledgeable. However, I waited for my scheduledervice for 6 hours only to find out my car was finished and they took another car before mine to wa knowledgeable. However, I waited for my scheduledervice for 6 hours only to find out my car was finished and they took another car before mine to wash - took another 2 hours! I'm nice but why was another person more important? I'm busy too. This is my formal complaint! More
