Staff was very nice and accommodating. I needed a loaner car since I was from out of town and didn’t want to spend all day at the dealership. Scheduling a break-in appointment via the BMW app did not work. I called instead and it was just as easy and quick. The customer service from the employees at BMW of Roseville was as good as ever. The service writer was good… The service department leaves a lot to be desired… We had a service warranty and ask each time we bought the vehicle in about bushings, seals and brakes, always told they a leaves a lot to be desired… We had a service warranty and ask each time we bought the vehicle in about bushings, seals and brakes, always told they are good and would not have to be replaced for a long time. The first service after the warranty ended and now everything needs replaced. Feels like a scam system. The next thing is the price for the service is outrageous. The last thing was no military discount…. I had received it before. More
