This is a nice dealership. Liz in the service department is great. Just wish they would have have informed me that my warranty was up and offer to renew. $1,100 for routine maintenance is mind blowing, that is great. I took my xar for oil change. Had an appointment and had to wait about 15 minutes before I was even welcomed. I had ta ask for assistance. No one wanted to assist since I had a voucher. After 4 hours, I called to see if car was ready and they could not give me any information because my car was not in the system. This is terrible customer service. Sad that I bought my car here and this is how you are treated. I did like that i was not pushed to doing all kinds of other services. More
