They drove it and said,"fine", but then,upon my insistence,checked alignment.Way out! Charged me $200 to fix it,even though it has been out since I first got the car. Christmas Eve Emergency I was out of town in Sarasota and my car was running low on coolant. BMW takes special coolant so we couldn’t find a store that had it and was open on I was out of town in Sarasota and my car was running low on coolant. BMW takes special coolant so we couldn’t find a store that had it and was open on Christmas Eve. I called this dealer and asked if they could help. They were closing within 10 minutes of my arrival estimated time and were completely booked until the following week. I explained my situation and they said head over ASAP. I did, and they took me right away. I had a sleeping baby in the car seat and so they brought everything to the front of service and took care of me. My baby stayed asleep and there was no charge. I tipped the attendant for his help and courtesy and our Christmas trip was saved. Thanks to all for the help!! More
