He is awesome and I will continue to drive to Sarasota from Tampa as long as I'm treated like I have been for the past 3 1/2 years; like a rock star !! I had to leave the dealership to get replacement license in order to get a loaner. I called back and Carlos was at lunch but the service manager (Jack I believe) told me to come back and they took care of me. I was greeted by the best valet gentlemen and one woman (Jessica I believe). Jessica walked me through the process of getting the loaner and made sure I was comfy until the end. I love this place! Carlos does a great job! Carlos listens to my concerns. He gives me very clear information when I have a question about my car and takes care of whatever needs to be done in a Carlos listens to my concerns. My husband and I are extremely pleased With Carlos and this BMW dealership.When I learned that 2 of my tires were quite worn Carlos expedited arranging for new tires and a loaner car. I was very pleased with the speed with which he accomplished this! Especially as it was right around Xmas! More

Inappropriate charge I have a new BMW lease.The steering causes the car to wander.I brought it in at 2000 miles to have it checked.They said it was fine.Brought it back Su I have a new BMW lease.The steering causes the car to wander.I brought it in at 2000 miles to have it checked.They said it was fine.Brought it back Sunday,same issue. They drove it and said,"fine", but then,upon my insistence,checked alignment.Way out! Charged me $200 to fix it,even though it has been out since I first got the car. Really bad business model.Won't recommend BMW to anyone.Would live to get out of lease More
