The Service Star at BMW of Silver Spring I have a BMW service center much closer to my residence, but I come to BMW of Silver Spring since they won me over more than 5 years ago. I make the trip because the culture across the board of this dealership from check in to check out (sales and service) is one of "consistently delighting" the customer.
