My car was returned with low gas warning light and no fuel indicated at the gauge and over a hundred miles run up on the odometer. The car was to have the passenger seat moved back and this was not done although I was told the work was finished after over a month at the shop. I was also told I had a leaking oil pan that would cost 3800.00 dollars to fix. This was surprising as I park on a driveway and never detected any oil on the surface. After receiving the car I added much needed gas and took a drive to fill the tank. Then driving a bit I returned the car and parked over a clean spot on the driveway. Waiting a bit I moved the car and could find no evidence of an oil leak. So it seems I avoided paying nearly four thousand dollars for unnecessary work. There are words I could say to describe this but wont. Those words should be conveyed to BMW of North America, The Better Business Bureau, and perhaps the States Attorney office on Senior Affairs. Trust I will never engage the service of this dealer again. More
