Gine Timing is everything. I walked into South Motor BMW with my wife a week or so ago and was greeted by a sales lady by the name of Ginele Rosario. Ginele answered all the questions we had, showed us all the cars we were interested in and took us on test drive. She introduced us to Freddy Quintero, New Car Sales Manger, who provided us some valuable information as well. We didn't buy a car at the time but we never felt any pressure. We exchanged a couple of communications during the week and when we went back Ginele was waiting with all the information we had asked for and a little surprise, a 2016 435i Convertible BMW Indivual, an awesome car. Our buying experience was great. Ginele managed the whole buying process with a great attitude, worked through the internal channels to facilitate all the paperwork in a timely manner and got us through financing in literally less than 10 minutes.
