The only reason why I won’t score a 5 is because the dealer no longer has BMW loaners. Not sure if they just don’t have any, I don’t qualify for one given my BMW is older. It’s worth mentioning that last year I bought a new Mercedes instead of a BMW based partially on the loaner situation. At BMW, like Mercedes, we are looking not just for what the vehicles offer. We are looking for the full luxury experience. Nothing wrong with a Chevy Malibu from Enterprise, but that is not the experience that customers look for in a luxury brand. More
