This time I changed my son's 2013 X1 fort a new 2015 X1 fully loaded including the M package and all the bells and whistles, just a beautiful unit. I always deal with Mr. Octavio Diaz (GSM) who is (just to summarize it in 2 words) an OUTSTANDING INDIVIDUAL!!!!!, he is the Heart and Soul of South, i also deal with Mr. Alex Palacios (Client Advisor), who is great at what he does, he knows the product, he knows what i want and how i wanted done (after so many cars...), so is not a buying or selling experience, is basically going to the Dealer to be among friends and family, there is NO pressure, NO hassle, NO arguments, NO aggravation of any kind, Alex makes it easy going from selecting the car, to the test drive, paperwork, delivery and follow up. I own other luxury and exotic car brands as well, and all other dealers should learn a thing or two about doing business the South Way. From the moment I stepped into their Pre-Owned Vehicle building to the moment I left with my 2013 Certified Pre-Owned BMW X1, I can honestly say that finding and purchasing this vehicle was the most "painless" car buying experience in my entire life! My client advisor Anthony Simpson was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly not a high pressure salesperson. It was raining when I first arrived so Anthony drove me to the vehicle that I wanted to test drive and it was love at first ride! The finance manager Michael Rodda promptly found me the best interest rate and offered me a variety of financing options. I give him a lot of credit with steering me towards purchasing gap insurance - something I never gave much thought about in case of a total loss. Kudos to Mike for all of the patience he had with me! My BMW "Genius" Charlie showed me how to comfortably operate all of the systems in the car.
