The lease on my 335i was coming to an end and I started to shop around for a replacement. I was looking for a manual 335is which is extremely hard to come by and usually needs to be special ordered. I had visited a few other BMW dealers in South Florida and I could not believe how difficult some of them were when I told them what I was looking for. So here I am stuck in a bind until I walked into south motors and met with Tony. He is genuinely a nice guy, very laid back, no pressure tactics. I told him what I wanted and we searched their database and found an exact match within the state (AFTER other dealers told me they couldnt find any). The pricing negotiations took 15 minutes and we agreed on a fair deal. I left my deposit and they told me it would be in within 2-3 days and true to their word there it was. It was an extremely easy transaction from beginning to end. More
I went into South Motors BMW to test drive and work out a deal on a 2012 328i. Upon my arrival, I walked into the dealership. Not one person bothered to greet me, ask me if I needed help or anything else for deal on a 2012 328i. Upon my arrival, I walked into the dealership. Not one person bothered to greet me, ask me if I needed help or anything else for that matter. I wandered around the inside of the dealership for 20 minutes and nobody bothered to even approach me. Truth be told, I was so upset at the lack of service that I walked out. I went over to the used car lot to look at some of the 3 Series, since I couldn't get any help on the new car side (they were all busy chatting and ignoring the customer). I didn't want a used car, so I left. I called the manager who returned my call. Told him about my experience. He told me his leasing manager would give me a call back to discuss a deal. The lease or online manager called me back. The deal that he offered me was pathetic. Quite frankly I was so annoyed I decided not to even consider this dealership any more. I had test driven a C250 a few days before and although it wasn't my first choice, I decided to give Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay a second chance. Boy am I glad I did. Worked out a great deal on a brand new C250. Excellent service from the get go. I was never ignored and was treated like a member of family. I would definitely recommend taking a stroll down South Dixie Highway and giving Mercedes a try. These guys are a joke. Sadly this is one of the few BMW dealers in southern Dade. PLEASE DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR AND DONT COME ANY WHERE NEAR THIS PLACE! TERRIBLE SERVICE! This is not what you would expect when purchasing a luxury car. More

I approached the dealership a month prior and had the pleasure to work with Tony Diehs who proceeded to take me through one of the most pleasant and informative car buying experiences I needed to reach on my final decision. The 1st time I went to the dealership to get an idea of what I was looking for, Tony did not overwhelm me to make a decision, he helped me see the overall experience to focus on what was best for me and my most added value to my purchase. When I came back to view the vehicle I was ready to purchase, he was very patient and found me exactly what I was looking for. Even after the sale, he made sure to follow-up on my final pending items and made sure all my questions and concerns where address. He indeed went beyond the call of duty, to make sure I was happy. It is all too common to run into obnoxious salesperson who only wants to get you to sign and get their commission and run. Tony however, proved to be a wonderful exception to this cliché, and he has ensured that I will be coming back to this particular dealership for years to come when I plan to upgrade my vehicle. Again, thank you for your true dedication and helping me with such an important purchase, which is the second hardest from buying a home. More

WORST DEALERSHIP ever the sales person doesn't listen to you at all. They say you have maintenance covered and everything will be cover. After a month of sale car had alignment problem apparently only thing you at all. They say you have maintenance covered and everything will be cover. Then maintenance expires and I don't even get a call or warning and my warranty is not expires which makes no sense because I asked them to make sure this was going to be cover throughout my time which they guaranteed verbally. DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORDS DO NOT TRUST everything in paper and they dont explain then added a bunch of stuff that always has a loophole were you have to pay for something no matter what. Finance guy bad as well trying to break the numbers down and gave me false information when I had to refinance which I told them from the beginning never wanted to do it with them. I am not happy and management needs to hear about this!!! More
The worst dealership ever. I took my car their for service and my service advisor said my car will be ready in 24 hours. They end up keeping my car for almost two weeks. I had a full tank of gas, when i went back to South Motors BMW to pick up my brand new car it was on a empty tank of gas and the car was crashed. Found out the Teck took my car on a joy ride and crash it, scratch it. damage the inside, service engine light on and more. just think they wanted to give me back the car this way. My service advisor went to get the service manager, he came outside to take picture of the damages with his cell phone. Than he told my service advisor i have two options, take his business card and bring it back a week later and they will fix the damages or leave it their to be fixed???? what kind of dealership is this? More
