WHERE ARE THE ZEROS ON THIS SCALE? I didn't realize Walmart is allowed to sell BMWs? Can you supersize my 750LI with a bright smile and a bunch of moronic idiots who can't even form a complete sentence without babbling out a bunch of car guy sales phrases. I took a quick walk in the service department on my quest for the best BMW dealership in South Florida. And I pretended to need an appointment. They told me they wouldn't even service my vehicle if I didn't buy there number one and number two, they said it would be 30 DAYS BEFORE THEY COULD SEE ME! WHAT THE xxxx WOULD I DO IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY CAR? BMWs are the best cars on the planet but they have been known to have an engine light come on. 30 days until service? I feel like ripping down the BMW signs and putting up a walmart sign with 99 cent televisions instead of the worlds finest automobile. I would not be caught dead in that dealership ever again! More

It takes for ever to get an appointment and when you finally take the car in, you can never get a straight answer on how long it will take to fix. They never call to let you know the car is ready. God forbid you aks to speak to a service advisor they are never in and when you get to speak to one they make you feel like you are wasting their time. I love my car but I will probably get something else when my lease is up. It 's to much of a headache dealing with them to go through another 3 yrs. of poor service. More
Took my moms Mini Cooper in to just get a cup holder installed and check why it felt so jerky while driving in traffic. They did not once call and tell us that it wont be ready till the next day!! so m installed and check why it felt so jerky while driving in traffic. They did not once call and tell us that it wont be ready till the next day!! so my mom had to take a day off since she didnt have a car!! Then i finally called and they said it was ready so we went to pick it up and they still didnt install the cup holder and the jerky ride was still there!! South Motors have the worst service department i have ever used!! My family will never buy another car from that dealership!! More
They have managed to mess up everything i've ever asked them to do. The mechanics that are part of my service writer's team are horrible and I've had to have my car diagnosed by another shop so i can then them to do. The mechanics that are part of my service writer's team are horrible and I've had to have my car diagnosed by another shop so i can then have them fix it under warranty. For example, I'm sure many of you have had the problem with the felt trim around the windows coming unglued... I told them about it and they had the nerve to tell me there was nothing wrong with them... I had to show them in person how the felt was hanging.. like they could have missed that... xxx service department... My girlfriend took her car in this weekend to have the sunroof visor repositioned since it came off the track, they got grease on the entire roof of the car (inside). I could go on and on... I'd take it back but you know they'd just mess something else up...

Worse than that, their collision center is even worse. Nice people but can't fix a car correctly or on time to save their lives... I had a scratch on my hood and my car has been there for over a month and the last time they gave it to me it had missing engine components. The funny part is, the engine was never touched by the damage. Just a bump on the hood...

I"m disgusted and disappointed!!! Save yourself a headache and take it to any other dealership... These guys are unbelievable, They lied to me from the These guys are unbelievable,

They lied to me from the get go, about all of the things they would fix on the car that were apparently "missed" w These guys are unbelievable,

They lied to me from the get go, about all of the things they would fix on the car that were apparently "missed" when they "certified" the car. Banged up rims, stain on leather, etc. After a nice fight ,a call to the owner, and a salesman who lied to the manager about every conversation I had ever had with him, I finally got them to fix these problems per our original agreement. He also told me that the car was NOT covered under the BMW service plan as it was a 2003 and the program did not start until 2004. However, we agreed that would be fine as he assured me that the car had just had a tuneup. As it turns out, the car was never serviced. After having another fight with them over this, I got a manager on the phone who informed me that the car was indeed covered by the service plan (which started a couple of years before.) Although this was good news it still took a week of dealing with idiots to get this figured out. The bottom line is: No one in this place knows what they are talking about and, in the loong run, they just do not care that they are giving you a line of xxxxxxxx. It should no take a call to the owner, or a nasty message to the manager (after leaving 3 very pleseant ones), to get a call back. I have also heard nightmarish stories about their service department (i.e. spraying my godfathers black 740 with white paint while they were painting their building, and then denying it.), but I have not had the car there for this reason. The bottom line is... Stay as far away as possible. The only reason I did was because they were offering my 2003 M3 at a fantastic price for a preowned M3. When all is said and done, it would have been better to spend the extra money to get the car from a competent dealer. More

One would expect top notch service. Instead I got my Bimmer back with a 4 inch gash on my leather door panel. My Passenger window had stopped working on my 2001 325i. So i bring it in on warranty service. I get it back the same day with the window working perfectly and a tear on my door panel. I finally fought to get a new panel but ill never take my car there again. More
