Such a pleasure dealing with Art Youman! I just picked up a 2017 340i (lease) on 3/21 from Art. Art is the internet sales manager who responded my online query. He is very straight forward and the whole process is painless. At no point I got any pressure from Art and I haven't seen any of the common "tricks". All negotiations are done via several emails, and Art is able to agree to my deals where no other dealer could. I only stopped by the dealership to sign the paperwork. I was out in 2-2.5 hours including going through the BMW genius feature presentation. The financial manager Wayne is also very kind and reasonable, while he presented several additional "protection" to purchase, he was not pushing at all. Overall experience 10/10. Highly recommended! I knew exactly what I was looking to order and what I was willing to pay. I spoke with James via telephone and we negotiated a deal. I came in for 10 minutes to sign paperwork and was in and out. The most simple and painless transaction I have made in many years! Not once did James pressure me to move forward with the deal or to modify my order to add anything. When the car came in from the port, James called to arrange a convenient delivery time that met my hectic schedule. He even coordinated with the service department to ensure accessories I ordered were installed in the vehicle for delivery. Wayne in finance was helpful in negotiating a tire and wheel coverage package for the lease (a necessity in the northeast for any BMW with large wheels and low-profile performance tires). He was also very efficient and made the paperwork process at delivery quick and easy. Mina was very helpful. He walked me through all the features of the vehicle. He showed me how to operate all of the functions and features, and didn't miss anything. Having several BMWs I didn't necessarily need this service, as I was familiar with all of the options ... however Mina was spot on accurate in his review of the car's features and how to utilize them. BMW of Springfield made leasing our most recent BMW one of the best experiences of the last few leases. We will be back soon to work another deal before the expiration of another lease.
