We are always grateful to be able to speak directly to our guests and gain perspective from all parties involved. As we had spoken about, we value your opinion regarding the interaction with our team. We do feel as though any aspect of prejudice, however has no relation to this experience in any way. Abe, the salesperson assisting, actually shares the same cultural background that you do. During your initial inquiry regarding a new X6, despite not having a vehicle available to sell, he still took the time to show you one we had that had not yet been delivered, and then suggested a test drive in an X5 because those models do drive similarly. We don't believe these are the actions of someone who did not wish to be of assistance to you. During test drives, our consultants are taught to be cautious of the operation of the vehicle, not primarily because of the value of the vehicle, but keeping the safety of all parties involved. No offense is ever intended, we simply will always err on the side of the safety of our customers, employees and other drivers, which will alawys remain our highest priority.
