Over the years, The service and ongoing commitment that Claudio has provided for myself and my family has superceaded what I call "accomodation to the 10th degree". To my surprise, I was turned away and told that they have no trucks to pick my car up to bring to open road BMW. I then called JMK as my only other option, not ever dealt with this dealership before and came across Claudio, he calmed me down and got me and my car to JMK BMW Dealership safely and every sense that day about 6 years ago, I have been loyal to the one person who cared to get a very frantic girl out of a parking lot before night fall. I recently bought my new '11 528 in for service. I'm usually very tough to please, but Jacob surpassed my expectations. He was able to not only get my car quickly into the shop but also quickly out, and usually very tough to please, but Jacob surpassed my expectations. I've been to other dealerships and dealt with many other Service Advisors, Jacob definitely is the most personable one I've dealt with. The best thing JMK did was to promote William from within the company. I've had a BMW for many years and I have been to many different service centers. William puts them all to shame. The reason behind the great rating is the friendly and professional customer service I receive everytime my car needs service. In a few cases I didn't have an appointment, Jacob never turned me away with professional customer service I receive everytime my car needs service. I rarely write anything in these comment boxes but I felt this deserves some attention. I have been a client of JMK BMW for over 8 years. I have purchased or leased at leased 4 cars in that time for myself o this deserves some attention. I have been a client of JMK BMW for over 8 years. I have purchased or leased at leased 4 cars in that time for myself or my wife and have recommended this dealership to at least 6 other people. Of those 6 people I am aware of 3 that have bought vehicles from JMK. The sales people here are wonderful, none of the BS you get from so many other dealerships. These people are straight up and fair. The BEST part about this dealership is there service dept., hands down the best I have ever had to deal with in the 30+ years I have owned cars. I have a service agent named Jacob Kolasinski, he is amazing and always available to me. How unusual is that to have a person you can call directly. I can email him or call him and he always get back to me in a matter of hours!!!! Not days... I have never felt that he has taken advantage of me or suggested I get something done that was not needed. He has always fixed any issue that I have had with the car in a timely fashion. He has always offered me a loaner car if the repair was going to take any real amount of time. I can not recommend this dealership and Jacob more!!! It keeps me coming back as a customer.. More

Had purchase the car from a used car dealership, the car had Navigation System and Sirus Radio problems. Car was still under warranty, JMK fixed the problems under warranty no questions asked. Jacob is the ultimate service representative. He is thorough, responsive, and proactive. My family has been coming to JMK since 2001. I was ready to take a step up in luxury from the previous cars I had owned or leased. I spoke with a lot of my friends about their cars, the cost and level of service. Two guys that I really trust suggeste cars I had owned or leased. I spoke with a lot of my friends about their cars, the cost and level of service. Two guys that I really trust suggested that I visit JMK, and specifically work with Mark Carvalho.(after sitting down with Mark we realized that there were a number of other friends he had worked with....) Mark was terrific. He took time to understand my lifestyle, budget and historical use/mileage to make suggestions. I usually hate the car buying process, but this was low pressure and more about understanding the benefits/features of owning a BMW. He secured the car I liked, and once it was delivered Mark took a lot of time to explain all of the features, get everything activated etc. In the end, I was really pleased with experience.......and Mark certainly made a difference.
