My experience at JMK was in interesting. This was my first non-Toyota (Camry, Rav-4, 4-Runner) and LUXURY car purchase so I was hesitant at how the treatment and process goes. Danny Acosta was a real guy who's priority wasn't making a sale (you think - oh this is just his act to get you TO BUY) but no. We had conversations and he listened to everything I wanted and worked thru prices and options when I know there were others waiting. So even though he knew I wasn't sure if I was going to buy, he was still very available. I was literally there 4 days in a row to discuss my New 2011 X5 35i. So we ordered the car and it came in with the wrong trim!! Imagine after a month of waiting...but Sal Gerbino and Danny were quick to make the corrections - and the NEW new order was there within 2 weeks, no problem. As for PRICE - I checked at BMW in Morristown, Bloomfield, and Edison and no one's price was within $500 of what we got off invoice at JMK. This made my experience OVERALL great and I would return to JMK in the future for sure! More

I had a quick and easy experience at JMK with Chuck Patire. I was attended to quickly and my needs were addressed promptly. When I came to pick the car up, he sat with me in the car for about a half hour showing me how the NAV system worked and he even hooked up my satellite radio. Even though a BMW is more pricey, you're definitely getting what you paid for as I was treated with class and respect the whole time. More
