I want to thank Manny Antunes for making my experience at JMK memorable! I visited the showroom on a busy holiday weekend, and even though there were many more seasoned buyers there Manny took time to intro JMK memorable! On my second visit and test drive we looked at our choices - both from inventory and models arriving from the manufacturer, finding me the absolute best 3 series with the amenities I wanted. He is knowledgeable about the product and throughout my experience I never felt pressured for the sale. Manny replied to my many emails within minutes, even on his days off! He kept me updated on when the car was scheduled to port and released from customs. The day the car arrived at the dealership the JMK crew had it detailed and looking amazing within a couple of hours. Manny stayed past closing time to make sure I was up to speed on all the features. He took great care of me throughout the process and continues to check in to make sure all is ok. I'd like to thank Mohamed Farag as well on the financial side! I brought my 1997 318i in for service on the air conditioner and some body work. They did a great job and the customer service was perhaps the best I have ever experienced - it made going to get my conditioner and some body work. I brought my car in and within 30 minutes I was in a free loaner vehicle and didn't have to miss a minute of work. Hilario Soares, the service manager I dealt with, was terrific and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He even gave me a discount. I would highly recommend JMK BMW. More

I have leased 4 BMW's from JMK, all through Lucas Sienkiewicz. My overall experience has been extremely positive and Lucas has always been fantastic with me. True story - I once leased a new 528i fro Sienkiewicz. My overall experience has been extremely positive and Lucas has always been fantastic with me. True story - I once leased a new 528i from JMK through Lucas and the very next day I couldn't get the car out of my driveway after a snow storm that left a sheet of ice on our driveway. I want to see Lucas to explain the situation. He proceeded to come back to my house with me, helped get the car out of the driveway and back to the dealership, and worked with me the next day to get me a new 528xi at no penalty to me. That, I would say, is tremendous service. More

I had to bring in my 3 series for some maintenance and after the work was completed got a call to pick up my car. It always takes them just a few hours but that is not what impressed me. Lucas sold me the car and told me that if I ever need any help while at the dealership give him a call. Well I had left my sunglasses and work ID in the loner. Gave him a call because I know how much work the service dept had. He told me don't worry I'll get back to you in 5 min. He called in 3 min had my ID and glasses. I stopped by later that day and picked them up. He was great to deal with when buying the car and continues to be helpful with my needs. Lucas you're the man! This is my 2nd BMW leased with JMK and Chuck, and I find my buying experience very enjoyable. The most and foremost, the level of professionalism and product knowledge are superb. There are no games, inf my buying experience very enjoyable. The most and foremost, the level of professionalism and product knowledge are superb. There are no games, information is disclosed upfront, and every inquiry is followed up quickly with straight answers. Then comes the working out different financial models, and results are fairly compared. There are many different ways one can structure a lease, and Chuck knows them all! In the last buying experience, he worked with me on probably more than 10 pricing models, never showing any impatience. Then comes the actual ordering process, where Chuck was very upfront about available dates for production, to set my expectation, and provided with production number right away. Then came the wait, and during all that time Chuck kept me informed about the progress, and even managed to get in a few last-minute changes . Once my brand new fully loaded X5 got delivered to JMK, both Chuck and JMK team made it ready for delivery within couple of hours. The signing of papers and actual delivery process was a breeze, and Chuck arranged turn -in of my previous lease to take place in parallel to save me time. I am extremely happy with my overall experience at JMK and with Chuck, and strongly recommend him for your next buying or leasing!
