Andrew not only remembered my birthday, but still calls to check up on how I am enjoying the vehicle and if the vehicle is functioning properly. Honestly if it had not been for Andrew Brew being the person I dealt with, I would have gone elsewhere. I am a young black woman and upon arrival, I was not treated friendly by the other senior representatives. Some of them ignored me and two actually discussed with each other my purpose for coming, not fully aware that I could still hear them. Needless to say I was ready to leave after hearing them actually say "what on earth are they doing here" and "they must be lost". I was only treated with respect from the other gentlemen AFTER they saw Andrew pulling my newly purchased vehicle around for me to drive it home. I really wasn't even in the market for a new car, but Claude made the experience easy and quick. From start to finish, it didn't even take 2 hours, including a test drive, and I would not have gotten the vehicle if it weren't for Claude. Claude and Patrick Williams didn't try to sell me what they wanted to sell - they sold me what I wanted, and they made sure I was comfortable with the deal and answered every question I had. Last but not least, Mandy Barnard in finance was the icing on the cake. She's a gem - pleasant and efficient. Capital Eurocars is fortunate to have folks like Claude, Patrick, and Mandy as employees.
