We knew the sales rep and sales mgr from a year ago when my wife almost bought a X3 but at the last minute she fell in love with a Volvo XC60, so we were very comfortable going back to the dealership. We ha my wife almost bought a X3 but at the last minute she fell in love with a Volvo XC60, so we were very comfortable going back to the dealership. We had been rear ended and needed a replacement for our Ford Expedition. Damon, sales rep., helped us work through choosing the X7 over a Ford Explorer, a Lincoln Aviator and a GMC diesel Yukon. BMW has a great order process, and we got our exact car in 30 days while the Lincoln and GMC estimated 3-4 months, time we didn't really have to wait. Jake, sales mgr,, was very on top of the order until delivery. We hope service will be as good as sales. More

Easy to work with. None of the pressure sales people you find at most dealerships which is a big plus for me. Just purchased a BMW X3 so haven't dealt with their service department yet but hoping its as good as their sales and finance team because that is critical and the only thing that would move me to another dealership Matt Gray from Buick GMC is my guy. Finance people are great, especially Kerry. A little slow for me (I like to be in and out in under an hour from start to finish) but she was well worth the wait and explained everything the way it should be. This is my 3rd purchase from Garland Shelton and Matt. I won't deal anywhere else. Check them out, you won't be disappointed. More
