Absolutely the worst car-buying experience we’ve ever had. We purchased a brand new BMW X5 from BMW of The Woodlands in October 2024, and the vehicle has already been in the shop four times totaling 23 d had. We purchased a brand new BMW X5 from BMW of The Woodlands in October 2024, and the vehicle has already been in the shop four times totaling 23 days. Most recently, it was in the shop for 9 days, and the very next day after getting it back, the same part they claimed to have fixed broke and started falling apart. What’s worse than the car is the complete lack of customer service. We’ve tried multiple times to contact the General Manager and have been met with radio silence. No accountability, no urgency, no resolution. We’re beyond frustrated and at the point where we just want to give the vehicle back. This experience has been an absolute nightmare, and we will never buy a BMW again. More
