I had an overall good experience with a few annoying hiccups! Robert was very patient and great to work with it, so he gets 5 stars! The Uber/Shuttle situation was not great and after attempting both (to get a ride home) I decided to just sit in the lobby and wait. Three stars for that situation. We scheduled our appointment and were told that a shuttle or Uber could drive me home...the shuttle driver had another stop before me, so I was to tag along for the 1 hour round trip drive before I got dropped off. I decided to abandon that and take the Uber BMW offered (which is weird to me...it's a car dealership and we don't have a loaner or a driver). After waiting 20 minutes on the curb (the text message told me to do this), I get an automated call saying my driver was still 18 minutes away. Again, very frustrating, as I have now been at the dealership longer than expected, took a half day off work for this and still waiting. With traffic and knowing I would still need to RETURN to BMW later that day to pick up my car, I decided to just stay in the lobby. Not the end of the world, but frustrating and felt very unorganized for BMW. More
Zachary was an excellent service tech on top of every detail of the multiple recalls that I had on my seven series.
