I went to the dealership for a routine oil change on my car and was told the wait time would be about an hour. Almost two hours later my car was brought out. When I asked for the maintenance paperwork th car and was told the wait time would be about an hour. Almost two hours later my car was brought out. When I asked for the maintenance paperwork the Service Advisor said she couldn't provide it but it would be emailed to me in a few hours. I waited all day and no paperwork. I tried to call...email...text with NO response. Finally I had to visit the dealership yesterday and pickup the paperwork in person. When I picked my car up after the oil change the check engine light was on. I asked them to reset it twice and they failed to do it correctly. It was still on when I left the dealership. Also I asked for the phone number of the Service Manager but when I tried to call him the call when to an automated voice mail then hung up on me. Finally I was charged $54.00 for adding a little DEF fluid which was always covered as part of the oil change in the past. There was never a charge. I would not recommend their service department.
