Took my vehicle in for repair and 3 weeks later I have a vehicle in which only 1 key fob now works do to comfort access repair, and can't get Jeff to return my calls to correct the issue. I had my car towed but there's was no update on my vehicle until 6-7 hours. No body has an update and they kept me on hold for over 25min.
