Terrible customer service I tried to lease an i3 from Paul last year and I was trying to they the National lease deal that was offered at the time and he told me that that was I tried to lease an i3 from Paul last year and I was trying to they the National lease deal that was offered at the time and he told me that that was not available and kept quoting me monthly payments $200 over the National lease deal. I spoke with him over the phone to negotiate and he practically yelled at me and would not let me get a word in. So I went to BMW of Dayton and was able to get the National lease deal. I have been bringing my i3 to BMW of Toledo and every time I get my i3 serviced and every time it is not a very good experience and the employees never seem to be in a good mood. More
