Knowing Toledo was my final destination, I reached out to the dealership and requested a one-day turn around. The team went above and beyond to ensure I was back on the road come Sunday morning. They returned the car within 12 hours, accommodating after hours drop-off no less, even though the service center was working with a weekend skeleton crew. I received outstanding service; they made a difficult situation very manageable. This level of professionalism and dedication reflects very positively on the BMW name and brand.
