Mr. Knox, We understand how frustrating this situation was, and we’re sorry your experience left you feeling this way. Vehicle issues involving rodent damage are particularly difficult, especially when symptoms can change quickly and additional damage is discovered during diagnosis. During our initial inspection, our team found evidence that rodents had been present prior to the vehicle. We also recognized that additional rodent-related damage was identified while the vehicle was here, and because of that, we offered to assist with those repairs. Our intention was never to avoid responsibility, but to be transparent about what we found and work toward a fair resolution. We respect your decision to have the vehicle repaired elsewhere, though we’re sorry we weren’t able to restore your confidence in us. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward.

Thank you for your response and for reviewing my service history. While I appreciate your acknowledgment of my frustration, I must strongly reiterate that my recent experiences have involved multiple misdiagnoses. The leak I’ve been dealing with returned in less than a month after the last repair, and it seems that a different part was identified this time, which feels like an attempt to avoid honoring the warranty on the previous work. I have been coming to your facility for over two years regarding the same issue, and it's disheartening to continuously invest in repairs that do not provide a lasting solution. Even with the discount offered for the pending repair, I find it hard to justify paying more money when I have every reason to believe I will be back in less than three weeks.
