I recently had my BMW serviced here, and while the job was completed, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent and frustrating. I had to call multiple times for updates because no one proactively reached out, and when I did get through, the information was often vague or incomplete. For a premium brand, I expected much clearer and more transparent communication. As for the quality of work, while the basic service was done, attention to detail was lacking. For example, certain small but noticeable issues that should have been checked during service were overlooked, which makes me question the thoroughness of the inspection. A BMW service center should deliver more than just “done”—it should inspire confidence that every aspect of the car has been carefully reviewed and addressed. Overall, I would rate this visit as just okay. The staff were polite, but the lack of consistent communication and the need for better quality control stood out. If BMW wants to align the customer experience with the premium standard its name represents, stronger attention to detail and more proactive, transparent communication are needed. More
