My service advisor Ryan was very helpful. He went out of his way to answer my questions. I left feeling very satisfied that the recall work that was needed was done properly . The service area was very clean, service personnel are very polite and accommodating and made you feel comfortable The work took a little longer than planned but the technician had to repair an improper very polite and accommodating and made you feel comfortable The work took a little longer than planned but the technician had to repair an improper (electrical) fix and a few parts were not locally available but was explained Also took video to show what needed to be done Appreciated the use of a loaner vehicle, it exceeded my expectations More
