Service was good, timely, and quality. My issue was that the price was over $1,000 more than other quotes I received. By the time I received the 2 other quotes, BMW had already started my My issue was that the price was over $1,000 more than other quotes I received. By the time I received the 2 other quotes, BMW had already started my repair so I couldn't cancel and move my vehicle to another shop. It will likely be the last time the BMW dealer sees my vehicle. I'm not looking for rock bottom pricing, just a fair deal. More

Got a list of work they wanted to perform totaling $9,098.63 on my 2006 530i with a BB value of maybe $8K which seems ridiculous. Nevertheless, satisfied with the visit. certainly wont be returning to have two front shocks changed for $2312.34 or to have my radio head unit replaced for $2984.34. I mean, cmon. got a quote to get all 4 shocks changed for $780. More
