I have been going to this dealership for many years, with several cars. A few years ago I bought my most recent car from them and soon after my service manager changed to Katelyn. My service experiences were never bad, but improved greatly once she took over. She is always super helpful and accommodating. I have thought before of trading y car in for something else but Katelyn and her attitude is what keeps me with BMW. More

My husband and I have been customers with BMW Tucson since we became the proud owners of our 2013 BMW 128i about 2015. We have never received anything but A+ service and the staff treat us like VIPs. Our BMW receives the same honor as us, as when we pick up our BMW baby, she shines with her just complimentary car wash. Kayla Diaz was our first wonderful contact and she treated us like family. When she left the position there, and my husband had also passed away, I worried that I would never get treated as well as Kayla treated us, but she referred me to Jayme Larson. Well, my worries were needless. Jayme has been just as kind, helpful, and honest, and I told her so. I am blessed to still be in such capable, caring hands. She kept me informed through every step of the service and repair process. The repair staff even sent me a video showing me what they were doing on my car; and I had the use of a beautiful 2021 BMW while they repaired mine! Thank you, Jayme, and the service and repair people for giving me 100% satisfaction!! More
