This was my first experience with no negotiation dealership. Our salesperson, Brett, was kind and responsive. We came to look at one particular used vehicle on the lot. He quickly got it ready for a dealership. Our salesperson, Brett, was kind and responsive. We came to look at one particular used vehicle on the lot. He quickly got it ready for a test drive. We liked the vehicle but we’re not ready to purchase it yet. He did ask what was preventing us from purchasing right now and if there was anything he could do to help make the decision to purchase. He was understanding when we said we needed to think about it and let us leave. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, Brett continued to be helpful as questions arose. Overall, we were quite happy with the purchase experience and would definitely purchase from BMW Tucson again. More

Very disappointed with service I received on my 2020 Z4. Car went in for oil service and brake fluid change. The technician forgot to reset the brake fluid date.
