This was my first experience with no negotiation dealership. Our salesperson, Brett, was kind and responsive. We came to look at one particular used vehicle on the lot. We liked the vehicle but we’re not ready to purchase it yet. He did ask what was preventing us from purchasing right now and if there was anything he could do to help make the decision to purchase. He was understanding when we said we needed to think about it and let us leave. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, Brett continued to be helpful as questions arose.
