I called mid-afternoon to hopefully change my appointment to same day, as I had a conflict the next morning. I was told to come right in. My car was serviced timely with no issues - smooth sailing. I have never had an issue with this dealership, and the service advisors are always prompt, easy to work with, and friendly. I have been bringing my 1999 BMW Z3 to this dealership for service for over 20 years. I know dealerships can sometimes get a bad rap, but this one has always done right by me. She's quick, efficient, knowledgeable and explains what the mechanic has found in a way that's understandable. I also appreciate and trust her sound, honest recommendations. Taking your car in and the unknowns you face can be a tad stressful, but having Jayme has alleviated a lot of that for me. Thank you! More

I chose BMW Tucson which is over 100 miles and further than a number of BMW dealers from my home because they demonstrated professionalism (i.e., didn't pad the sticker price and were honest about what th than a number of BMW dealers from my home because they demonstrated professionalism (i.e., didn't pad the sticker price and were honest about what they had in stock vs what they were able to order for me) and overall, were super easy to buy from. Not sure why it has to be so darn hard to buy a BMW but the Tucson store was my third dealer. Juan Carlos was my sales person and the rest of the team including Zane in Financing were down to earth and provided the best experience even though much of the interface was on the phone and online until I took delivery of my car.
