I had an appointment 10:30 am. for a factory recall. Was told it would be 2 hours it took 4 hours. Asked for estimate for 40,000 mile service also turn off service engine light. I did not get the estimate told it would be 2 hours it took 4 hours. Asked for estimate for 40,000 mile service also turn off service engine light. I did not get the estimate and check engine light was still on. I will not go back nor would I recommend this dealer. Great car Very poor service. More
