I arrived at my appointed time and was taken care of immediately. Associate explained to me what parts of the car were going to be inspected, listened when I told him about a noise I heard several time immediately. Associate explained to me what parts of the car were going to be inspected, listened when I told him about a noise I heard several times, said the car would be washed and that the procedures would take about a half an hour. Sure enough the car was ready about a half an hour later, bright ,clean, no random noise. Everyone was attentive and polite which made my visit comfortable and pleasant. More
