My service advisor was Jessica Towe. She was very efficient, personable, and kept me informed of the progress of the service to my 2017 X3. I think I would ask for her the next time I have servicing done at this facility. She was out to greet me in the service driveway before I had even closed my car door. Also, I had a driver that took me back to my home. Conversation was limited, but he was a careful driver. The facility is extremely clean and the waiting area is comfortable and has just enough amenities to keep a waiting person happy: water and/or coffee. More
