Just had my first service appointment at BMW Tucson. Was greeted by a very personable and knowledgeable service advisor name Jayme Larson. Jayme was terrific. Took my car for Service and repair. They charged me $275 to fix an issue with steering wheel. I had to come back 2nd time because issue was not fixed. Second time they tried and they could't fix the issue. to fix an issue with steering wheel. I had to come back 2nd time because issue was not fixed. Second time they tried and they could't fix the issue. They said I had to replace the whole steering wheel ($3500.00). I did not get my money back and my car still not fixed. You figured since this is the BMW dealership they know what to fix and what to do... Both times my car was there I had to call the Service Advisor and ask for status and updates on my car, otherwise I wouldn't know. More
