Overall good experience. Made the appointment through the BMW app and showed up to no appointment in their system. Apparently a know issue, they got me in anyway. Service was going to be several hours and no BMW app and showed up to no appointment in their system. Apparently a know issue, they got me in anyway. Service was going to be several hours and no loaner vehicle available. Told they are very limited and booked out for weeks in advance. Got a shuttle ride to work but had to find my own ride back. I feel like a luxury dealership like BMW should have plenty of loaner vehicles for customers. More

Had excellent service with my service rep. On Oct. 6th with Kala. She understood what I was there for and acknowledged me right away. I needed a ride home and she accommodated me on my needs. This service was for a safety recall. I got right in. The work was done in the specified amount of time. My car was cleaned and ready to go when I got back to the dealership.
