very slow install of one amplifier and service advisor had zero knowledge of what caused the amp to go bad. His estimate was $1000 off and did not include labor. I personally had to call the parts dept to find out if the part was in stock after 4 months. During the four months, I heard nothing from the service advisor Tyson. I waited 20 minutes in the waiting room just to get checked in and 15 minutes past my appt time. More
