Took my car in for scheduled maintenance. Needed new tires. Humberto showed me competitor’s quotes and although the dealer was higher by a little, they provided me with a loaner vehicle unt Needed new tires. Great shuttle service, great staff, great experience. I am ASE certified but due to spinal fusion I cannot work on my own car anymore, but their mechanics are always aligned with what I think the proble I am ASE certified but due to spinal fusion I cannot work on my own car anymore, but their mechanics are always aligned with what I think the problem is. I do that as a test to see if they will try and pull a fast one over me. But never had a problem. I am really happy with the quality of their service and knowlege. I had shady mechanics lie to my wife about brake calipers at Toyota Dealership. Bmw even though it is not their brand said there was nothing wrong and we are going on 7 years still on those calipers Toyota said were broken. I cannot be happier to have found Tucson BMW and will continue to take my X5 to them as long as I own it! More
