I was not given a name for the GM but I expected to have a person connect me with him/her when I called. I called the number listed above which is a pre-recorded message with numbers to press for different departments but there was no option to reach the GM or Administration. Nor did a live person at any time pick up my call. I could dial ‘0’ for the operator but this brought me back to the same pre-recorded message. I hung up in frustration. This entire experience should be an embarrassment to BMW and does not speak well for the organization. I would never recommend this company.

Had an issue with my 7 Series fuel system, Jessica Lowe was my service provider when I arrived. She was very help full had my fuel pump replaced and also the high pressure fuel pump under warranty. Thank y More
