My customer service experience was exceptional, as Ryan kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the car, he didn’t hesitate to present me with a couple options. I’m active duty military and bought a brand new BMW X3 when I was stationed in Germany. The sticker price was close to 72k everything was included to include a maintenance contract. Upon arriving to the s when I was stationed in Germany. The sticker price was close to 72k everything was included to include a maintenance contract. Upon arriving to the states with the vehicle I schedule my first oil change and was misinformed by the rep that it would be 300-400 for oil change and tire rotation. I then decided that it was better to not drive the 2 hours to pay that amount and just pay it locally here in Sierra Vista. Come to find out the representative should’ve told me that the first service should’ve been free because it was included in the cost of my vehicle for the first 30k miles. I was misinformed and explained that to the service advisor, at first they said they’d make it right and see if they can offer me a one time reimbursement due to the miscommunication on their part. Then a week later they start asking for call logs which I provide. Then I get an email saying that they can no longer do the trace and that I was pretty much out of luck in getting anything back. Oops their bad, looks like a few hundred bucks will cost them years of business. I would personally avoid them as a service location, they are not military friendly. It’s less about the money and more about the principle. A 72k BMW and they’re not wanting to make things right over a couple hundred bucks. I also have a Lexus and they would never pull this kind of nonsense with me. More
