My husband and I have been customers with BMW Tucson since we became the proud owners of our 2013 BMW 128i about 2015. We have never received anything but A+ service and the staff treat us like VIPs. Our BMW receives the same honor as us, as when we pick up our BMW baby, she shines with her just complimentary car wash. Kayla Diaz was our first wonderful contact and she treated us like family. When she left the position there, and my husband had also passed away, I worried that I would never get treated as well as Kayla treated us, but she referred me to Jayme Larson. Well, my worries were needless. Jayme has been just as kind, helpful, and honest, and I told her so. I am blessed to still be in such capable, caring hands. She kept me informed through every step of the service and repair process. The repair staff even sent me a video showing me what they were doing on my car; and I had the use of a beautiful 2021 BMW while they repaired mine! Thank you, Jayme, and the service and repair people for giving me 100% satisfaction!! More

Returning now at 3. 5 years for the standard time for an oil change. No issues. Also was lucky this time and had a free loaner car. When I purchased the car, it needed a new badge on back of it. 6 months later for an oil change and sales and service took care of it, no problem. The explanation of services agreed upon was clear and thorough. Tyson explained the step by step process of the service. The waiting room was clean and orderly.
